🏠 2012–2016 (Egypt): Led a 6-broker sales team at El Shams Group, specializing in high-demand communities like Fifth Settlement, Al Rehab, and New Cairo.
🌆 2017–2020 (Dubai): Transitioned to Dubai real estate with Nali Real Estate, then joined Tiger Properties as an indirect sales manager. In under a year, I facilitated AED 22M in off-plan transactions across Business Bay, Liwan, and Dubailand.
🏢 2021–August 2025: Sales Director and Director of Operations at Concrete House Real Estate, where I oversee operations, lead sales strategies, and manage a dynamic team of 12 brokers. We’ve exceeded AED 50M+ in sales value in just four years.
August 2025-Now Sales Director at PRIME EVERGREEN PROPERTY, i lead a team of 12 agents, generate the sales and marketing Strategy, CRM System, Partner Relationship, Training to Develop the team Performance and put the KPI Standards.
